Corrine Bailey Rae

Last night my mind felt so cluttered and crowed like a sunny Saturday afternoon at Nottingham hill carnival. So I turned to the one art form, that could clear my mind and put correct what once was. The sweet and sincere words from a sultry vocalist managed to do to me what Nelson Mandela was trying to do to South Africa in the 90′s. Bring peace! Corrine Bailey Rea’s words drenched my mind in a pool of pure bliss and put my mind at ease. “Butterfly” as well as evident other classic’s from her 2006 album titled “Corrine Bailey Rea”, made me feel so organic and self-fulfilling. I for one can’t wait for her 2010 album titled ” The sea ” to be released.
